Ooty, India.
Another place on my adventures list. A community famed for the steam railway that keeps the community alive. The people don’t have much, living life off what they little have. But they’re happy. I watched bits of a documentary about the steam railway and there was a remarkable bond between nature, the people and the trains, steam trains being close to my heart. At some of the stations, elephants and monkeys can be seen interacting with the station, the elephants helping them selves to the water, monkeys exploring the station and living off the generosity of the tourist community only too happy to fall for the monkey’s cute tactics. The local people are wonderful, genuinely friendly.

It’s amazing.

Art, cultures, adventures. I'm trying to get back to my roots while expanding and changing my world.

This blog is a casual peek inside me. The things I cherish, what I dream about, what I strive for, what makes me laugh, cry or smile.

"It's time for you to see the outside world with your own eyes."
